		<description>Hi!  I like your post.  Spoken very freely.  :)  I very much so agree that they need to be keeping LPNs on staff.  The burn out rate of RN&#039;s is so much higher because they are putting double the workload on RNs but not paying them anymore.  (Which in itself isn&#039;t helping the shortage.)
